Bookings and Reservations

Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their reservation. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time.
Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required at the time of booking.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Apex Golf Suite and its payment processing partners to charge the applicable fees for your reservation or purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the type of booking or service. Customers should review the specific booking policy at the time of reservation.
Failure to cancel within the permitted time period (24 hours in advance) may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of the booking payment. Apex Golf Suite reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in accordance with our policies.
Facility Conduct and Equipment Use

Users are responsible for any damage to equipment, simulator bays, or other property caused by negligence or improper use.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, alcohol, vaping, and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited within the facility. Any violation of this policy may lead to immediate removal from the premises without refund.
All guests must follow posted rules and comply with staff instructions at all times.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury from swinging golf clubs or being struck by equipment or balls.
By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Users are required to sign an additional liability waiver prior to participating in simulator activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Golf Suite, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or facilities.
